Unlike others who either charge you to sell your products online or make you search for hours to find products that meet your needs, ModVenue.com is build on a different philosophy. Buying and selling automotive parts and accessories should be free and simple.



Who is looking at ModVenue?
Our customers are just like you! Automotive enthusiasts that either what to buy or sell automotive parts and accessories.



Does it cost to register with ModVenue?
No. ModVenue is 100% free for consumers.



Can I advertise and/or sell my products here?

If I join, will I receive spam?
No. You may receive emails from ModVenue ads that you have posted or commented in. We will also notify you when you have private messages or when updates have been made to items in your favorites.



Why type of information is viewable to other members of ModVenue?
The only information that is viewable to other members is your screen name. Your name, address, email address, and phone number is all hidden and can not be accessed by other members. For more information on our privacy policy click here.



Will ModVenue protect my personal information?
Keeping members' confidential information secure is one of ModVenue's top priorities. We do not share our members' confidential information with any third parties. In addition we do not publish phone numbers, email address or home addresses in profiles.



I couldn't log in using my username and password. What should I do?
You must have cookies enabled on your Internet browser to log in to the website.



My username and password aren't working and/or I keep receiving error messages. What can I do?
Please click on Forgot My Password, submit your e-mail address and your login details will be sent to you. Should you still experience technical difficulty please complete our contact us page and type "Website/Technical Support" as the subject of your email or email us at admin@modvenue.com.



What is the ModVenue code of conduct?
ModVenue expects all members to network with each other in a professional and courteous manner. This includes using proper language in your online ads, comments, and private message postings. We also expect that our members will protect the confidentiality of each others' biographical and contact information. Members that do not conduct themselves in a professional manner may be deactivated without notice. How can I report ads containing false information?
There is a "Report Ad" link at the top of each ad. Please click on the report an ad link and fill out the information on the form so we may look into the matter further. Or you can e-mail a copy of the profile to admin@modvenue.com. Please point out the part(s) of the profile that you feel contains false information.



What should I do if I pay for an item but I do not receive it?
Please try to contact the buyer first. If this fails please contact us with a brief description at admin@modvenue.com. We will look into the matter and try to contact the user on your behalf.
